My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of staying at the lodge on a 4-day long trip. The fishing and staff were excellent to say the least. Our accommodations were comfortable, especially for a fly in lodge, each day we had firewood delivered, garbage/recycling, and drinking water checked. The log cabins were cozy and the mattresses/couches were comfortable. Everything in our cabin worked, had full plumbing with good water pressure, wifi in the main lodge and 24/7 electricity. The fishing was excellent, we were able to catch many walleye and pike. We also had a guide (shoutout to Landen) which was well worth it. He put us right on the fish and provided us with many pointers. The boats were all new and the 4 stroke motors worked excellent. Unfortunately, the weather was the only limiting factor with a day of rain/wind but so is the nature of any outdoors trip. We are looking forward to coming back again as the fishing was great and the staff made us feel like family.

Been going for 3 years straight now. Love it every time. Great people. You will leave fatter than going in food is excellent for being fly in. Fishing is good bear hunting is perfect. Moose hunt is good but as any hunt goes nothing is garunteed. Best part with watson is that we ge to bring out dogs and they love it even more than we do. Brown dog almost never leaves the water until food time. Anybody wants to know info or details feel free to reach out i will give a honest review and why you should book with watsons

Had a large group of 16 (4 bear hunters, 12 fishers). The group size was no issue at all. We had multiple cabins so we all had plenty of room. Hot made to order breakfast, Shore lunch kits with everything you need to eat at one of multiple sites throughout the large lake. Dinners are great and even packaged and saved in case you want to fish later. Very active bear sites with most of us seeing multiple bears each hunt. 2 of us scored on the first night. Many unique white markings on the bears chest. Can't say enough great things about the staff. No matter what anyone in our group needed they made it happen for us. Very hard working from bating and bear work to prepping your boat every night so it's ready for you in the morning. Boats and equipment are all newer and run great. So many beautiful things to see on the lake from water falls to old gold mines. Can't wait to go back for years to come

We just returned from a week at Windy Point Lodge. Robert and his family bend over backwards to make this a great place to spend a week. The fishing is great, the food is amazing, and the staff are all very courteous and helpful. The new boats and motors are very nice. We will be back. Thanks!

I was part of a group of 4 seniors who visit the camp for 4 days starting July 3. The others had been to the camp previously but this was my first visit. The Watsons are a wonderful and hard working family who do an amazing job of looking after their patrons. Cabins are clean, cozy and well equipped and the boats and other equipment are top notch. Fishing was great. The 2 pilots are also great guys. Thanks for a wonderful trip.
